Patch Lab Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
- Australia: 3–5 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and shipping delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Options
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Express Shipping: Available in select regions for an additional fee.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping in eligible regions (AU only)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide (select countries only). However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations.
- PatchLab is not responsible for any additional customs charges, inspections, damages or delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@patchlab.com.au and we will assist in locating your order.
- Patch Lab is not liable for stolen/lost packages after delivery has been confirmed by the courier/delivery carrier.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to lodge a case with the delivery carrier. We cannot do this on your behalf as it is deemed by the delivery carrier your property once delivered.
Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately upon placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
